• What level of psychiatry resident can sign up with PsychStaffing?
  - You must be 3rd year or above.
  
  
• Do I need a medical license in the state where I want to work?
  - Yes.
  
  
• Do I need a D.E.A. number?
  - Yes.
  
  
• Is medical malpractice insurance included?
  - Yes, either by PsychStaffing or by the contracting agency.
  
  
• Will I have a contract?
  - Yes.
  
  
• How will I be paid?
  - We pay on the 15th and the last day of the month.
  
  
• What will my relationship be to PsychStaffing?
  - You will be an independent contractor who will receive a 1099 form from us at the end of the year.
  
  
• How much do you pay?
  - It depends on the job, including factors like time of day and distance to be traveled.

• What is locum tenens?
  - Temporary medical staffing.

• What is the minimum number of hours I can contract for per day?
  - Four.

• Who takes care of the medical malpractice insurance?
  - Under normal circumstances, physicians come to you with insurance. PsychStaffing will provide a certificate of insurance.

• Who bills for the direct patient care services?
  - You do.

• How much does it cost?
  - We charge an hourly rate, depending on job type, time of day, and distance to be traveled.

• How will PsychStaffing bill my company?
  - Monthly.
